The Service

Vividon provides AI-powered image relighting tools ("the Service"), operated by Vividon AB, Stockholm, Sweden. By using the Service you agree to these terms.

Your Account

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Acceptable Use

• You must have the rights to any images you upload.
• Do not use the Service to produce illegal, harmful, or deceptive content.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or overload the Service.

Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your uploaded images and generated outputs. We claim no ownership of your content. The Service itself, including its models and software, remains our property.

Credits & Billing

Usage is billed via credits or subscription plans. Payments are processed by Stripe. Credits are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Changes & Termination

We may update these terms with reasonable notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Either party may terminate at any time. On termination, your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.
